Specially designed for professionals with work experience, it packs in all the inputs and learning’s of a two-year programme into one year, enabling the executive to get back to the work place faster. The programme emphasises holistic learning. It provides learning opportunities through interactions with faculty, student colleagues and business leaders, and encourages self-learning through reflection. The programme helps develop managerial and leadership capabilities required for analytical thinking and critical decision making. Contemporary Curriculum The one-year Post Graduate Programme in Management starts with the Pre-term courses and the rest of the academic year is divided into eight terms each of five to six weeks duration. The first four terms cover the core courses (compulsory courses) when you learn the basics of management, and lay the foundation for advanced electives in later terms In the last four terms, students can choose to specialize in Entrepreneurship, Operations & Information Technology, Analytical Finance, Strategic Marketing or Leadership and Change Management. A core course on developing Leadership skills is among the key differentiators of the ISB programme. Global Faculty ISB's faculty is an ideal mix of resident and visiting professors, each of whom holds a doctorate and is much sought after by businesses across the world. Area Leaders from our associate schools actively participate in curriculum design, research conferences and help in recruiting the best faculty.
